Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate in External Audit to join our Assurance practice. You will work in a team delivering a range of audit and business advisory services to clients from SMEs to large entities with international reach.

You’ll proactively support project teams, prepare deliverables, and enhance your technical acumen while staying current on local economic issues and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and/or a professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW / ACCA / MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in statutory and regulatory audits
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience
• Able to demonstrate ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and build meaningful relationships
• Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project

• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
