Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to manage coordination of architectural works on ongoing projects in Penang and the Northern Region. You will ensure timely execution and maintain quality through close collaboration with consultants and subcontractors.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, have 4+ years in construction, understand architectural drawings and specifications, and be willing to be based in Penang.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and specifications.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centres or semiconductor facilities) is a plus.
• Willing to be based in Penang or the Northern Region of Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor architectural trades and liaise with consultants, subcontractors and authorities.
• Inspect and verify architectural-related materials for quality and compliance.
• Assist Superior in inspections, meetings, authority liaison and other admin tasks.
