Holiday Tours & Travel Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable to manage end-to-end credit control and collections, support internal stakeholders, and ensure billing accuracy and refunds while driving continuous improvements in the AR function.

The ideal candidate has meticulous attention to detail, strong communication with corporate customers, and a passion for improving processes in a fast-paced travel business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Operations.
• Experience handling corporate customer collections is preferred.
• Experience in shared services or travel industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Credit Control & Collections: manage AR portfolio and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
• Customer Account Management: generate SOAs, investigate invoicing disputes, and document transactions.
• Credit Notes & Refund Processing: process refunds and issue Credit Notes in line with policy.
• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: review AR processes and drive improvement initiatives.
