Job summary

Albert Wines & Spirits (M) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Executive in Malaysia to own the customer collections, credit control, account reconciliation, and AR reporting. You will manage high-volume customer accounts, monitor overdue balances, coordinate with Sales and Finance to maintain healthy cash flow, and provide clear updates on collection risks to management.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field, at least 5 years in AR/credit

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years in accounts receivable, credit control, or related role.
• Experience with high-volume invoicing and customer reconciliation.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting or similar systems.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding balances and overdue accounts.
• Follow up with customers on payments.
• Prepare statements of account and reminders.
• Record and reconcile receipts.
• Investigate short payments and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales to resolve issues.
• Provide AR reports and insights.
