Job summary
City Facilities Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Senior Application Engineer to manage and continuously improve our SaaS applications and digital solutions.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to translate business needs into technology, driving automation and modern Microsoft tech adoption. The ideal candidate has 7–8+ years in application management, strong SaaS/applications leadership, ITIL experience and hands-on Power Platform/Azure Integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 7–8+ years of experience in application management, application operations or related technology roles.
- At least 2–3 years in a senior/lead capacity.
- Strong experience managing SaaS / off-the-shelf business applications.
- Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end.
- ITIL exposure and extensive experience with Service Desk software.
- 1–2 years' experience developing business solutions using Power Platform or Azure Integration Services.
- 1–2 years' experience with Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve SaaS applications and digital solutions.
- Own application roadmaps, enhancements and service performance.
- Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis and service improvements.
- Ensure applications remain secure, reliable and scalable.
- Manage vendor performance, contracts and service delivery.
- Lead application implementation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Drive business process improvement, automation and digitisation projects.
- Oversee solution testing, deployment and user adoption.
- Provide technical leadership and SME to stakeholders.
