Job summary

Icrest in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Application Service Delivery Manager to drive governance, engineering quality, and team productivity across General Insurance platforms.

You will orchestrate a delivery organization of 50–100 developers across at least four parallel delivery teams while enforcing architectural compliance and leading monolith-to-microservices migrations without compromising business logic.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in software engineering and delivery management.
• GI expertise across General Insurance domains (Motor, Property, Claims).
• Leadership of 50–100 developers across 4 squads.

Responsibilities

• Architecture governance and conformance for all delivery tracks.
• Drive delivery productivity, metrics, and optimize velocity.
• Lead monolith-to-microservices migrations preserving business logic.
• Enforce CI/CD gates, code quality targets, and SIT readiness.
• Coordinate multi-team alignment and stakeholder communication.
