Strong background in Java/Spring Boot and microservices.
Experience modernizing monoliths to microservices while preserving business logic.

Responsibilities

Govern architecture governance and ensure conformance to designs and API contracts.
Drive delivery productivity with metrics like velocity, throughput, and story points per developer per day.
Enforce testing thresholds, code coverage targets via SonarQube/JaCoCo, and SIT pass rates.
Lead monolith-to-microservices migrations with careful preservation of essential logic.
Oversee 4+ engineering squads totaling 50–100 developers and manage resource allocation.
