Job summary

S&P Global in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Enterprise Data Integration expert to design and implement API configurations, troubleshoot integrations, and enable secure data sharing with warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, GCP BigQuery and Databricks.

You will lead client migration projects from legacy systems to our Data Delivery platform, drive automation and process improvement, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven API integration and programming skills in Python, Java, JSON, SQL, XML.
• Knowledge of data warehouse solutions including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery and Databricks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a technical troubleshooting background.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized file configurations tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for API integrations.
• Deliver technical consultancy to facilitate smooth API integration processes, and data sharing into warehouse solutions, including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery and Databricks.
• Lead client migration projects from legacy systems to our Data Delivery platform.
• Champion process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Manage monthly KPI reporting, generating insights from operational metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Identify and specify application issues, collaborating with Product & Development teams for improvements.
• Engage proactively with senior clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Facilitate the Agile process for prioritization, coordination, and planning within the team.
