Pall - Aerospace in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, seeks an Associate to manage daily accounts payable within Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS). You will report to the Team Manager and support end-to-end AP tasks, ensuring compliance with policies while driving process improvements.

The role requires at least 2 years in AP, knowledge of SAP and MS Office, and preference for applicants with Japanese, Korean or Italian language skills. This is a local on-site position with a global team.

Qualifications

• Higher qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable, preferably in Shared Services.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred candidate with Japanese, Korean or Italian language skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable including vendor master, invoice processing and payment runs.
• Understand accounts payable policies, procedures and process flows.
• Collaborate with local finance team on AP processes and drive improvements.
• Handle ad hoc assignments.
