Job summary

Pall Corporation in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, seeks an Associate to manage the day-to-day accounts payable activities within Pall Center for Financial Services. You will handle vendor master, invoice processing, payment runs, and month-end tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in AP, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and a higher qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• Higher qualification in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in accounts payable preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP SAP and Microsoft Office is essential.
• Preference for candidates with language skills in Japanese, Korean or Italian.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable process: vendor master, invoice processing, payment runs, month-end tasks, GR/IR, and other AP duties.
• Understand and apply accounts payable policies, procedures, and process flows.

The Associate is responsible for daily management of accounts payable in accordance with the SOP, control and compliance in place.

This position reports to the Team Manager and part of Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• To manage the end to end of accounts payable process which includes vendor master, invoice processing, payment run processing, month end task, GRIR and other AP tasks
• To understand the accounts payable policies, procedures and process flows
• To work closely with local finance team on account payables process, initiate process improvements and streamlining the process
• Managing ad hoc assignments

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Candidate with a higher qualification or professional qualification in either Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 2 years' work experience in accounts payable is required preferably within Shared Services operation
• Good knowledge of ERP system, SAP and Microsoft Office
• Preferred candidate with communication skills in either Japan, Korea or Italy language
