Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Associate to join the Pall Center for Financial Services in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will manage accounts payable processes daily, collaborating with the local finance team to ensure accurate and timely payments.

This role focuses on vendor master maintenance, invoice processing, payment runs, and month-end tasks within our robust SOP framework, offering opportunities to drive improvements and learn in a global life sciences

Qualifications

• Higher qualification or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years' AP experience in Shared Services preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including vendor master, invoice processing, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls.
• Collaborate with local finance teams and drive process improvements.
• Handle ad hoc assignments.

The Associate is responsible for daily management of accounts payable in accordance with the SOP, control and compliance in place.

This position reports to the Team Manager and part of Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• To manage the end to end of accounts payable process which includes vendor master, invoice processing, payment run processing, month end task, GRIR and other AP tasks
• To understand the accounts payable policies, procedures and process flows
• To work closely with local finance team on account payables process, initiate process improvements and streamlining the process
• Managing ad hoc assignments

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Candidate with a higher qualification or professional qualification in either Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in accounts payable is required preferably within Shared Services operation
• Good knowledge of ERP system, SAP and Microsoft Office
• Preferred negotiation & communication skills either in Italy, Germany or Spanish Language
