Job summary

S&P Global in Penang seeks an Anaplan Sr Specialist to join the Anaplan Innovation Hub. You will support front-line users, build requirements and user stories, and ensure best-in-class design standards across divisions while collaborating with data teams and partners.

Key skills include Anaplan, SQL, Python, DAX, Power BI, and Azure. You will influence data pipelines, governance, security, and visualization layers to empower end users with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Software Development, or related field.
• Strong technical skills and interest in finance.
• 2+ years FP&A or relevant business analyst experience.
• Basic knowledge of Anaplan is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure enterprise design standards meet best-in-breed consistency across divisions and teams.
• Optimize and improve the experience for community members and users.
• Monitor and manage Anaplan platform performance and workspace administration.
• Coordinate with Partner network and ensure adherence to SOWs.
• Collaborate with data management teams on data architecture.
• Drive native data integration with front-line source systems.
• Support testing and deployment; own Master Testing Plan (FUT, SIT & UAT).
• Deliver and assess Visualization layers (Dynamic Dashboards, Tableau, Power BI).
• Support user growth via targeted Learning and Development, including demos.
• Design, deploy and manage scalable, secure Azure cloud infrastructure; core Azure services, networking, governance.
• Develop, manage and optimize Microsoft Fabric data pipelines; data engineering, governance, and integration.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability and performance across analytics workloads; data modeling, security, pipelines.
• Provide input to program communications for go-live of new capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners on multi-year roadmap initiatives.
