Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Analyst - IT Product Support in Kuala Lumpur to join the L2 team providing high-quality application technical support services across the Asia Pacific region. This hybrid role requires three days in the office, based at Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers.

You will lead day-to-day technical support activities, ensure stable operations, and collaborate with business users to resolve issues while driving improvements and cross-team coordination.
