Job summary

Marsh in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Analyst - IT Product Support to join the L2 team delivering high-quality application support across the Asia Pacific region. The role is based at Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers and operates on a hybrid model with three days in the office.

You will manage daily activities of the technical application support team, ensure stable operations of the applications, and participate in onboarding, testing, upgrade activities and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
• 1-3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry; wealth management admin or insurance is a plus.
• Understanding of IT technology for applications and infrastructure, IT operations and ITIL processes.
• Hands-on SQL scripting is required.
• Having knowledge in supporting AI/automation solutions is a plus.
• Outcome-driven with adherence to deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
