Job summary

Our Operations team is responsible for ensuring that the Bank operates with seamless execution, settles a variety of complex financial transactions through data driven decisions, process simplification and automation and by ensuring our internal and external stakeholders needs are met.

You will be supported as you begin or continue building your career through a structured, hands‑on development experience. Successful candidates will go through a learning and development journey before being placed into operational roles.   • Provide you with domain knowledge of our products, processes and key technical skills relevant to becoming a successful Operations professional.

Preferred Skills And Experience
We welcome candidates who are early in their career journey and have a genuine interest in banking operations, securities services, fund services, custody, fiduciary services or financial markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or any related disciplines is preferred.
  • Candidates with internship, project or working exposure in banking, financial institutions, fund accounting, operations, reconciliation, settlements, corporate actions or related finance functions will have an added advantage.
  • Exhibits curiosity, resilience and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate analytical and critical skills with a structured approach to problem‑solving.
  • Effective communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Results oriented, attention to detail, and good research abilities.
  • Team players who are agile, flexible, able to multi‑task and are passionate about the world of finance.
  • Proficient use of MS Office including MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Candidates with basic understanding of banking operation (custody & fund services) will be an added advantage.
  • Proactive in community engagement, (e.g volunteering) is preferable.
