Job summary

AIA Digital+ Malaysia is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Distribution Solution (SIT Tester) to participate in writing and reviewing test cases for web/mobile apps and to summarize problems. The role focuses on key function testing, tracking overall progress, and ensuring coverage of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• More than 3 years test or business analysis experience
• Experience in Web / Android / IOS mobile software testing and familiarity with various testing methods
• Familiar with software interface testing and testing experiences
• SQL data query knowledge
• Knowledge of testing principles and methods across full testing lifecycle
• Ability to complete project testing independently and track progress
• Strong writing, reading, and communication skills; able to work under pressure
• Experience in automation and performance testing is a big advantage

Participate in writing and reviewing test cases, and summarize problems

Focus on the key function test of the project

Track the overall test progress to ensure the requirement coverage

Summarize the test questions and requirements, send them to the person in charge of the test, and track the problems

Statistics and analysis of test data results, preparation of test evaluation report

Basic understanding of business analysis to user requirements

Qualifications

More than 3 years test or business analysis experience

Have experience in Web / Android / IOS mobile software testing, and be familiar with various testing methods of mobile app

Familiar with software interface testing, with corresponding testing experience

Familiar with database related knowledge, can use SQL statements for data query

Familiar with the testing principle and method, participated in the whole testing process, familiar with the testing process

Be able to complete project test independently, grasp project progress and quality

Good writing, reading and expression skills, serious work, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure

Meticulous, patient, strong sense of responsibility, good language expression and communication skills

Experience in automation and performance testing is big advantage
