Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Data Analytics professional to drive dashboards, analytics, and strategic insights across the business.

You will partner with stakeholders, lead complex projects, ensure data integrity, and enable data-driven decisions across functions.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau and SFDC, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years experience in full-stack development, analytics and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau and SFDC required.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions and lead execution on complex projects.
• Act as liaison between data analytics and business stakeholders, including senior personnel.
• Automate and standardise dashboards, reporting and analytics to drive business outcomes.
• Create customised reports to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate evaluation, scope and cadence of change reporting requests.
• Identify issues and recommend process improvements with stakeholders.
• Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks, including deduplicating records and assigning ownership.
• Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance initiatives.
• Drive best-practice for data adoption, usage, and maintenance.
• Other incidental duties.

How you will make an impact

• Develop solutions to and lead execution on complex projects
• Act as key contact and liaison between data analytics and business stakeholders, including senior internal/external personnel
• Automate/standardise/deliver commercial dashboards/reporting, analytics and strategic insight needs to deliver business outcomes
• Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders to make business decisions
• Aggregate data from different sources and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, execution cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests
• Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement in collaboration with stakeholders
• Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts
• Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance Initiatives
• Drive best-practice for adoption, usage, data maintenance & integrity

What you'll need (Required)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• 5 + years experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation
• Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce.com (SFDC)
• Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation

• Experience with consumer AI solutions (Copilot, Claude code etc.)
• Ability to understand and analyse industry trends
