Job summary

CMA CGM Group is looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Control to join the Corporate Business Control Department in Subang Jaya. The role entails issuing and analyzing management data, preparing line reports, and conducting gap analyses to support cost control and profitability.

You will assist the Manager and work as a true business partner, leveraging SAP/Oracle and strong Excel skills to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Admin/Shipping.
• 5+ years in a similar finance/control role.
• Experience in shipping/maritime or financial environments is a plus.
• Audit or Big 4 exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot, V-Lookup, formulas) and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly results (actual/forecast) at standard costs.
• Produce line management reports and perform cost/profitability analysis.
• Conduct gap analyses and support business performance measurements.
• Collaborate with Assistant Manager and Finance Manager as a true business partner.
• Extract data from systems and support period close and ad-hoc requests.
