Job summary

CMA CGM FICOM in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a Finance Process Analyst to define and sustain the Group's finance processes. You will draft documentation, map processes, and develop standardized workflows across business units, leveraging SAP Signavio and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires 4+ years in audit or finance process drafting, strong English communication, and the ability to navigate a multinational corporate finance environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in internal/external audit or finance process drafting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Background from a multinational corporation is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding in finance terms and concepts.
• Adaptability to complex organization and software environment.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to summarise operational details.
• Added value driven - solution oriented and proactive in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Draft end-to-end group finance process documentation and baselines for workshops with process owners.
• Create harmonized/standardized group finance processes across units and tools.
• Draft flowcharts showing sequence of finance activities using SAP Signavio.
• Communicate effectively with process owners and stakeholders, managing expectations.
• Report progress and key points to management and process governance bodies.
• Continuously iterate process documentation as information evolves.
• Promote process improvements and participate in improvement projects.
• Perform additional ad-hoc business activities as required.
