Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Technical Officer - Engineering (Airport Pavement - C-S) to oversee planning, coordination and supervision of civil maintenance and infrastructure activities. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient airport operations while coordinating projects, contractors and stakeholders and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The position requires leadership of the maintenance team, continuous improvement and alignment with CAAM standards, safety practices and budget

Qualifications

• Plan and supervise maintenance of pavement, buildings, structures and infrastructure to ensure safety and reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance projects with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CAAM regulations, safety requirements and airport procedures.
• Analyse maintenance reports and trends to identify recurring issues and improvements.
• Provide leadership to the maintenance team and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and contractors to deliver within scope, budget and quality.
• Plan and monitor pavement and infrastructure maintenance for serviceability.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Support CAAM audits and close findings in a timely manner.
• Monitor asset condition and propose improvement strategies.
