Razer Inc. is seeking a Senior AIOps Engineer in Shah Alam to lead ML-driven delivery, orchestration, and automation across the payment platform. You will mentor juniors, own data-driven decisions, and partner with DevOps, SRE, and Platform teams.

The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities, focusing on Python and PHP/Node.js integrations while advancing AIOps capabilities and PCI DSS compliance awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Operational/Data Analytics.
• Python (primary) and PHP or Node.js (secondary) required.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior engineers.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical instincts.
• Nice to have Payments/FinTech or PCI DSS exposure.
• Cloud and container orchestration experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead ML-driven delivery for AIOps initiatives and model integration.
• Design workflows for AI orchestration and integrate with operational pipelines.
• Develop Python automation and RPA scripts; support PHP/Node.js integrations.
• Own SLI/SLO definitions and dashboards for payment services.
• Mentor Junior and Intern engineers; set technical standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps/SRE/Platform and support audits (PCI DSS).
