Job summary

Artefact in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy Generative AI solutions for clients. You will work in multidisciplinary teams to transform business challenges into practical AI products.

You will tackle PoCs to production, leverage LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and modern ML frameworks on cloud platforms like GCP, Azure or AWS. Strong Python, SQL and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field with AI focus.
• Experience building AI/GenAI solutions.
• Proficient Python and SQL.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Build, prototype, test and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions from PoCs to production.
• Develop GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompts.
• Develop ML models using relevant frameworks.
• Build and deploy cloud-native AI services on GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Contribute to scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and optimisation in client environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with AI/ML and cloud tech and apply to client use cases.
