Qualifications

• 5-8 years in software development with relevant experience in leading AI/ML development projects.
• Excellent English communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating, leading, and executing projects based on strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and iterate prompts for reasoning and user experience.
• Build and manage agentic workflows including tool calling and memory management.
• Implement guardrails and monitoring mechanisms for AI safety.
