Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field, plus 3+ years of development experience.
• Experience with Go or Java, and high-concurrency systems.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solution design and delivery for company-wide initiatives.
• Lead AI capabilities implementation, including AI-assisted development and AI automation.
• Resolve complex technical challenges to improve efficiency and quality across business lines.
• Design and optimize high-concurrency, distributed architectures and AI-driven capacity planning.
