Job summary

Bybit Limited in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Principal AI Agent Development Engineer/Architect to lead the design of the agent orchestration engine and runtime, unifying tool discovery, registration, and multi‑agent collaboration. You will own the full agent lifecycle from spec through monitoring, ensuring steerable and verifiable systems.

The role requires 6+ years in CS/SE with 3+ years in AI/Agent work, strong Go/Python, and hands‑on experience with orchestration frameworks and LLM integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in CS/SE or related field.
• 6+ years experience including 3+ years in AI/Agent
• 3+ years in AI/Agent development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the agent orchestration engine, runtime, and core primitives.
• Wrap internal systems as MCP servers/sub-agents/agent skills with RBAC and versioning.
• Build toolchains for ADLC: Spec → Eval → Build → Test → Canary → Monitoring.
• Own accuracy, resolution rate, cost, and latency metrics; optimize personalization through data feedback.
