Job summary

The Access Group is seeking a Senior AI Assurance Lead to help adopt AI responsibly across products, processes, and tools. You will coordinate risk-based assurance, testing and monitoring, working with Cyber, Product, Engineering, IT&OP and Legal teams to escalate material concerns.

You’ll build a sustainable AI assurance program prioritised by risk, identify material changes in systems and data, and ensure appropriate guardrails and controls are in place for responsible AI usage.

Qualifications

• Practical understanding of generative AI and LLMs with ability to learn new tech quickly.
• Experience in technology, cyber, product risk or assurance, incl. documenting findings.
• Experience using risk, security, observability, assurance or monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI intake and inventory with clear owners and risks.
• Lead initial AI risk assessments using defined methodologies.
• Maintain proportionate AI risk monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate AI security testing and control assurance activities.
• Identify AI threats and horizon risks with governance and stakeholders.
• Produce risk-based reporting and escalate material issues.
