Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Big Data, Automation or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and data processing tools like Pandas/NumPy.
• Experience delivering AI applications and large model projects.
• Strong SQL skills and data warehouse concepts (Hive, Spark SQL, Flink SQL).
• Familiarity with big data ecosystems and real-time data processing.
• English reading/writing; Chinese preferred for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deploy industry-specific AI apps using large language models and prompt engineering.
• Build and deploy enterprise agents with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Dify.
• Analyze business requirements and conduct POCs, prototyping and deployment.
• Optimize application UX and fix production issues (latency, accuracy, context).
• Collaborate with frontend, product and business teams for technical solutions and docs.
• Evaluate open-source models/tools and develop reusable AI components.
