Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications leveraging ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.

You will lead end-to-end AI projects, build AI agents and copilots, and integrate AI with enterprise systems. The role emphasizes governance, observability, and production deployment while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IT, AI, data science or related discipline
• 5+ years in AI/ML, software engineering, data science or AI solution development
• Strong programming in Python and modern software practices
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agents, and Agentic AI frameworks

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications leveraging ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects from requirements analysis to deployment and optimization.
• Build intelligent AI assistants, agents, copilots, chatbots, and workflow automation delivering measurable business value.
• Develop and optimize LLM-powered applications ensuring performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Design and maintain robust data pipelines for collection, transformation, feature engineering, and model training.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, monitoring, prompt engineering strategies, and continuous improvement.
• Apply AI governance, observability, and production deployment best practices.
• Write high-quality Python code and integrate AI with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Stay current with Generative AI and emerging technologies; evaluate new tools and platforms.
• Drive innovation through PoCs and continuous improvement initiatives.
