Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital automation or generative AI projects in a professional or project capacity.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or conversational AI applications.
• Strong logistics or supply chain operations understanding preferred (warehouse, network planning, last-mile).
• Excellent prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and structured output design.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and basic scripting for tool integration.
• Ability to design and run evaluation frameworks for agent performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI agents using agentic platforms for logistics problems.
• Create conversational AI workflows and multi-step agent systems integrating tools and APIs.
• Develop prompts and system instructions to improve performance and reliability.
• Model logistics processes like booking, quoting, tracking, documentation, and inquiries.
• Develop robust test harnesses and evaluation scenarios for agent assessment.
• Document prompting patterns, architectures, and integration methods.
