Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and implement autonomous, multi-agent AI workflows that automate complex business processes for enterprise clients.

The role is remote with permanent employment and requires 1–4 years hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, including LangGraph/CrewAI integration, GPT Vision, and FastAPI exposure. Strong Python skills and API design are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, AI or related field.
• Indian citizenship; remote work from India.
• 1–4 years hands-on AI/ML engineering for agentic or LLM-based systems.
• Production experience with LangGraph and/or CrewAI for multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience integrating GPT Vision for multimodal workflows.
• Proficient in Python; ability to read JavaScript.
• Experience with LLM APIs, function calling, and structured outputs.
• Prompt engineering: system prompts, chain-of-thought, ReAct patterns.
• Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and retrieval grounding.
• Experience using FastAPI to expose agent capabilities as APIs.
• DevOps: Git, VPS/cloud deployment, Linux, and error handling for async workflows.
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex for knowledge-base construction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent pipelines using LangGraph and/or CrewAI.
• Integrate GPT Vision or equivalent for document parsing and visual data extraction.
• Develop tool-calling agents with access to APIs, databases, and files.
• Manage agent memory for persistent agents and orchestrate workflows.
• Incorporate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector search.
• Apply prompt engineering for agent personas and reasoning chains.
• Deploy agentic systems on self-hosted VPS or cloud infrastructure with observability.
• Expose capabilities via FastAPI endpoints for frontend and external systems.
• Collaborate to improve agentic workflows and automation solutions.
