Job summary

Dikshatek Malaysia is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead TIM-related initiatives. You will drive agile practices across multiple teams, manage iterations, and ensure delivery of business objectives on time.

The role requires 8+ years IT, 5+ years as Scrum Master, PMP/Prince2, and strong communication. You will coordinate with senior management, supervise cross-functional teams, and champion Scrum across the organization.

Responsibilities

• To manage and deliver TIM Project on time and meet business objectives
• Steer and supervise different workstream with various platforms to deliver project on time
• Work with senior management on business objective direction and scope based on strategic needs
• Influence peers, stakeholders and leaders to make the right decisions
• Planning and management of the management and change control according to the Company’s policy and guideline.
• Facilitate the adoption and adherence to Scrum practices and principles across multiple teams.
• Coach and mentor the team members in agile methodologies, processes and practices as needed.
• The PM will be working with a few scrum teams on facilitating best agile practices to accomplish team goals and ensuring iteration quality.
• This includes the management of iteration throughput, tracking, communicating, and providing transparency of and overall iteration facilitation for the team.
