Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years in Agile PM, Scrum Master, or Delivery Management roles.
• Strong technical background in software development and cloud-native tech.
• Experience delivering software projects in agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams and facilitate ceremonies.
• Coach teams in self-organization, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and sprint goals.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting delivery.
• Coordinate delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions.
• Create transparency through status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Align product, engineering, architecture, and management across locations.
• Promote agile values and adapt ways of working to project needs.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, quality, and continuous learning.
