About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Agile Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of cloud-based products and services within the MB.OS ecosystem. This senior role combines Agile Project Management, Scrum Master responsibilities, technical leadership, and cross-functional delivery governance in a complex international environment.

The ideal candidate brings more than 9 years of professional experience, including a strong technical background in software engineering and cloud-native development. You understand modern software architectures, development lifecycles, and platform engineering principles, enabling you to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

You will play a key role in ensuring predictable delivery, fostering high-performing teams, managing complex dependencies, and establishing transparency across multiple stakeholders and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach teams in self-organization, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint goal definition.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team effectiveness and delivery.
• Coordinate delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and required follow-up actions.
• Create transparency through clear status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Align product, engineering, architecture, and management stakeholders across locations.
• Promote agile values and adapt ways of working to the needs of the team and project.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, quality, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or Delivery Management roles.
• Strong technical background in software development, ideally with previous hands‑on experience as Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or DevOps Engineer.
• Solid practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or comparable agile methodologies.
• Experience coordinating mid-sized, cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience delivering software projects in agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments in a structured manner.

Technical Experience

• Microservice-based architectures
• REST APIs and service integration
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Preferred

• Scrum Master or agile certification
• Project management certification
• Experience with SAFe Framework in a large-scale organisation
• Experience within the Mercedes-Benz ecosystem.
• Knowledge of MBOS, cloud-native development, or software-defined vehicle environments.
