Job summary

Mercedes-Benz is seeking a highly experienced Agile Project Manager to drive cloud-based product delivery within the MB.OS ecosystem. This senior role combines Scrum Master duties, technical leadership, and governance across a complex, international environment.

You will lead agile teams, shape delivery plans, and ensure transparency across stakeholders and locations while fostering a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of professional experience in software/tech projects.
• 5+ years in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or Delivery Management roles.
• Strong technical background in software development and cloud-native development.
• Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or similar agile methods.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Proven experience delivering software projects in agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach teams in self-organization, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint goals.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team performance and delivery.
• Coordinate delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Create transparency through clear status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Align product, engineering, architecture, and management across locations.
• Promote agile values and adapt ways of working to project needs.
• Foster ownership, collaboration, quality, and continuous learning.
