Job summary

Paradigm Mall PJ is seeking a Senior Executive / Executive – Advertising & Promotions to drive impactful marketing campaigns and promotions with tenants and business partners. You will collaborate to boost the mall’s brand presence and revenue, coordinating events and advertising efforts across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 2+ years in advertising or events, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in advertising, promotions, or event management.
• Strong communication, creativity and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English & Malay, Mandarin is a plus point.

Responsibilities

• Develop, Promote and initiate marketing campaigns and strategic promotions with tenants and business partners.
• Assist in planning and executing all advertising, events and promotional activities.
• Organize events and liaise with internal and external parties from conceptualization to completion to ensure smooth running of functions.
• Maintain a good working relationship with tenants and business partners.
