Job summary

Monash University Malaysia on the Subang Jaya campus is seeking a Senior Administrative Executive (Research Infrastructure) to provide professional administrative support for the RI ecosystem.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Research Capability and Collaboration, and collaborates with Research Infrastructure, Schools and central units to implement policies and processes that enable efficient, sustainable and high-quality research infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and high-quality administrative support to enable operation, governance and continuous improvement of Monash University Malaysia's Research Infrastructure ecosystem.
• Report to the Senior Manager, Research Capability and Collaboration and work closely with Research Infrastructure, Schools and central units.
• Support implementation of policies, systems, processes and initiatives that enable efficient, sustainable and high-quality research infrastructure services.

The Opportunity

The Senior Administrative Executive (Research Infrastructure) provides professional and high-quality administrative support to enable the effective operation, governance and continuous improvement of Monash University Malaysia's Research Infrastructure (RI) ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Research Capability and Collaboration within the Research, Innovation and Enterprise (RIE) unit, the position works closely with Research Infrastructure, Schools, central units and relevant University stakeholders to support the implementation of policies, systems, processes and initiatives that enable efficient, sustainable and high-quality research infrastructure services.

Reporting Line: The position reports to Senior Manager, Research Capability and Collaboration.
