Swiss Re's L&H Experience Studies Centre (ES Centre) seeks a senior individual-contributor to deliver and continuously enhance Experience Studies solutions globally, including ESP capabilities, methodologies, tools, and governance.

The role combines hands-on development, actuarial judgment, and technical leadership to translate business needs into scalable, well-controlled solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Life & Health insurance, actuarial, analytics, data science, or related quantitative field.
• Strong programming skills in R, with production-quality analytical tools or frameworks.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently while contributing in cross-functional teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
