Job summary

Public Crane Heavy Equipment Sdn Bhd in Telok Gong, Port Klang is seeking an experienced accounting professional. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of accounting experience with strong skills in Autocount and MS Office.

You will manage full sets of accounts, process invoices and payments, liaise with suppliers and auditors, and assist with tax compliance under Malaysian regulations, supporting the HOD in reporting and budgeting tasks.

Qualifications

Education background: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
Relevant experience: At least 3-5 years of accounting experience, though candidates with less experience are also encouraged to apply if they possess the right skills and attitude.
Software proficiency: Competent in using Autocount Software and all Microsoft Office application including Word/Excel, essential for efficient work processes.
Language skills: Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Fluent in Mandarin is important as you''ll be liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers/ stakeholders (external/ internal).
Personal qualities: Open-minded, analytical and able to meet tight deadlines, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of responsibility, with good attitude and discipline

Responsibilities

Manage accounts: Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
Process financial transactions: Efficiently process invoices, payments including monthly statutory payments, maintaining smooth financial operations.
Liaise with stakeholders: Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and auditors including all external and internal stakeholders regarding financial documentation, including account receivable.
Assist with tax and compliance: Support tax computations (SST), audits and ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations.
And any other task as delegated from the HOD for the growth of the Company.
