Winbond Properties Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive in Kuala Lumpur to support daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records.

You will prepare payments, verify invoices, perform data entry in SQL Accounting System, assist month-end close, and liaise with internal teams and suppliers. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–3 years of experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail are essential, and the role offers

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting System is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and process supplier, contractor, and staff payments.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing.
• Perform data entry in the SQL Accounting System.
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Support general accounting and administrative duties.
