Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or CPA/MIA/ACCA/CIMA with 2–3 years of experience.
• Practical knowledge of country and US accounting requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Able to meet reporting deadlines and manage corporate reporting.
• Strong communication, teamwork and integrity.
• English and Chinese language proficiency.
• Hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Accounting with consolidation reporting, budgets, forecasts to meet US and local standards.
• Maintain SAP ECC/ES4 bank clearing, reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany invoicing.
• Reconcile monthly financial statements and analyze variances to reflect transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with internal clients to deliver required financial services across the organisation.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and LEAN practices.
