Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Malacca is seeking an experienced accountant to manage daily general accounting activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an accounting firm or MNC. Proficiency in communication and familiarity with SAP-ERP and MS Office is essential. This role involves preparing financial analyses, maintaining records, and collaborating with various departments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in an accounting firm and/or MNC.
• Knowledge in Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations (Transfer Pricing, Withholding Tax).
• Proven experience in supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily general accounting activities.
• Perform month-end closing activities and prepare analyses for financial statements.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Production, and other departments.
