Job summary

ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sr Mgr, Accounts Ops in Malaysia. The role focuses on developing and expanding customer relationships, providing dedicated product support to manufacturing sites, and managing programs from initiation to delivery.

You will coordinate cross-cultural teams, analyze data for risk and delivery improvements, and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in sales, account management and/or business development.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and expand relationships with customers.
• Provide dedicated product or commodity support to manufacturing sites and customers.
• Manage projects/orders from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate cross-cultural business relationships and flexible hours.
• Develop timely reports and KPIs to monitor delivery challenges.
• Communicate progress and issues with recommendations to next steps.
