Job summary

GrowthOps Asia, a leading APAC marketing transformation and customer engagement agency, is hiring a Senior Account Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage day-to-day client communications, bridge clients with internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

You will develop clear briefs, coordinate timelines, monitor finances, and mentor junior teammates while upholding agency quality standards across advertising, digital, and creative work.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
• Strong client servicing and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
