Job summary

JLL is seeking a B0 Chargeman to oversee the safe operation and maintenance of 11kV HV electrical systems for a large banking facility in Petaling Jaya. The role focuses on ensuring continuous power supply for data centers, trading floors, and critical banking operations while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Valid Certificate of Competency (Chargeman B0) issued by the Energy Commission of Malaysia
• Experience as Chargeman B0 in commercial/facilities with 5–7 years
• Knowledge of MS IEC, Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations, and bank standards

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain 11KV HV distribution system.
• Coordinate with IT and banking teams for power requirements.
• Lead preventive maintenance and safety compliance programs.
• Respond to electrical incidents and support business continuity.
