Job summary

NXP Limited in Malaysia is seeking a production operator to operate production machines and equipment in accordance with SOPs. The role requires following work instructions, control plans, and visual aids to ensure products meet specifications.

You will report quality issues to supervisors or engineers, perform basic machine setups and changeovers, and maintain production records. You will collaborate with technicians, engineers, and team members to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machine & equipment according to SOP
• follow work instruction, control plan & visual aid
• Ensure products are processed according to specifications.
• Report quality issues to supervisors or engineers
• Conduct basic machine setup and changeovers
• Complete production records, logs, and checklists
• work collaboratively with techician, engineer & team member to achieve production goal
