Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Back-End Test Engineering in semiconductor is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product transfer into production testing and ramp-up.
• Monitor and improve test yield, quality, and test performance.
• Develop and implement innovative testing methods to boost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot engineering/production issues and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customers and production teams to optimize processes.
• Drive continuous improvement projects for quality and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Based at Simpang Pulai / Gopeng, Perak.
