Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an engineering or data science degree with a strong interest in semiconductor tests.
• Fundamental understanding of test concepts and data analysis is plus.
• Familiarity with Python, C/C++, or MATLAB is desirable.
• Good communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Interest in AI, ML, or data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support test development engineers in creating and debugging test programs.
• Assist tester setup, validation, and correlation for new and existing products.
• Analyze test data, yields, and failure patterns for improvements.
• Participate in characterization, qualification, and ramp-up activities.
• Collaborate with Product Eng, Manufacturing, Quality and R&D teams.
• Support automation and scripting to boost efficiency and robustness.
• Explore AI/ML applications for predictive analysis and test optimization.
