Job summary

Accenture Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a supply chain consultant to analyze and optimize operations for semiconductor clients. You will map workflows, assess logistics, and deliver actionable insights to improve performance in a global, distributed team.

The role requires 3–5 years in semiconductor or electronics SCM, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate across planning, manufacturing, procurement and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor, EMS, or electronics supply chain roles.
• Consulting experience or involvement in supply chain transformation/digitalization projects is preferred.
• Ability to lead portions of client engagements and work independently with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize supply chain operations for semiconductor clients.
• Map and improve bonded warehouse flows, cross-border logistics, and trade compliance processes.
• Develop client-ready deliverables and support project leads in timelines and workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, procurement, and IT.
• Create thought leadership content on semiconductor supply chain topics.
• Perform benchmarking and diagnostics to evaluate client maturity.
• Work in global, distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.
