Job summary

Renesas in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to meet output, quality, and cycle time targets in a semiconductor environment.

You will follow cleanroom protocols and safety rules, participate in process improvements, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects, and RPA, while ensuring compliance with EHS and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification as listed: SPM/O-Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma or Graduate Diploma.
• At least 1-3 years as a Production Supervisor in semiconductor manufacturing, with hands-on experience managing sawn QFN products.
• Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.
• Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
• Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects & RPA.
• Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
