• Experience in semiconductor back-end processes encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate manpower to support daily QA activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs with step-by-step instructions and key control points.
• Monitor quality performance and contain abnormalities.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions and continual quality improvement.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
